3885 — The Cutoff Anomaly Connection Is Flat and Divisor-Blind
The primitive and square cutoff transitions are exponentials of globally defined entire cumulants. They are nowhere zero, satisfy the exact cutoff triangle law, and have logarithmic derivatives with zero contour residue. Reciprocal reflection merely inverts them.
Hence the cutoff anomaly tower is a flat provenance and transport layer. It cannot itself carry the divisor winding of the completed theta section. The zero-bearing operation is additive Poisson sewing, and the remaining RH gate must couple that distinguished section to an independently sourced phase, Green, or determinant connection that can detect inner-factor winding.
This also corrects a stale programme pointer: reciprocal and archimedean descent of the anomaly pro-line are already closed coherences, not the current RH-bearing frontier.
