3897 — Sector Phase Charge Requires the Infinity Caps
For the endpoint-reduced Euler section, the argument principle on a finite vertical rectangle gives
Here W_sigma is vertical phase variation and C_T is the combined
horizontal-cap current. Complex conjugation makes the upper and lower cap
terms equal with their induced orientations: symmetric truncation doubles
the cap instead of cancelling it.
Therefore phase charge transported from the zero-free Euler chamber can change only through a finite divisor vortex or through spectral infinity. The anti-diagonal Hardy port is incomplete unless its infinity-cap current is retained as an independent boundary channel.
Scope
This proves the finite-height conservation law and types the missing infinity port. It does not control the completed cap limit, exclude divisor vortices, or prove RH.
