3901 — Off-Seam Zeros Are Diffuse Seam Phase Measure
For the endpoint-reduced Euler carrier, completed reality and Hardy factorization combine into
Here nu_seam is the atomic multiplicity measure of critical-line folds and
kappa_+ is the right-sector Blaschke current. A zero at a+ib contributes
the positive diffuse density
to the seam observer. As the zero approaches the seam, this Poisson profile collapses to an atomic fold.
RH therefore says the complete source-derived divisor supply is purely atomic on the seam. An off-line zero is not missing charge; it is charge realized diffusely rather than as a boundary incidence.
Scope
This derives the measure decomposition and the atomicity formulation. It does not prove atomicity of the theta supply measure or RH.
