3914 — The BSY Integral Is Total Diffuse Divisor Entropy

The decay-gap programme collapses to a single classical scalar. For the endpoint-normalized Hardy carrier, Poisson--Jensen gives

12π∫−∞∞log⁡∣ζ(12+it)∣14+t2 dt=∑ℜρ>1/2mρlog⁡∣ρ1−ρ∣.\frac1{2\pi} \int_{-\infty}^{\infty} \frac{\log |\zeta(\tfrac12+it)|}{\tfrac14+t^2}\,dt = \sum_{\Re\rho>1/2} m_\rho\log\left|\frac{\rho}{1-\rho}\right|.

This is the classical Balazard--Saias--Yor identity. Its new role here is as the faithful scalarization of the positive diffuse divisor-supply measure. For rho=1/2+a+i gamma, every summand is strictly positive and begins as

aγ2+14+O(a3).\frac{a}{\gamma^2+\tfrac14}+O(a^3).

Hence one scalar measures the total height-weighted horizontal displacement, or forbidden Poisson-time entropy. Positivity is unconditional; RH is the zero-entropy equality case. The remaining source theorem is an independently derived upper bound on this scalar, not another collection of finite probes.

Scope

The identity and RH equivalence are classical. This entry records their divisor-supply interpretation and the compressed source target. It does not prove the missing upper bound or RH.
