3917 — The BSY Bound Is an Euler Renormalization Anomaly
For the scale-1/2 Cauchy variable T and finite Euler product Z_X, an
exact source calculation gives
Finite Euler log-energy therefore diverges positively, while analytic completion produces the finite BSY divisor entropy. The cutoff limit, logarithm, critical-boundary continuation, Cauchy expectation, and completion renormalization do not commute. In particular, the desired BSY upper bound cannot follow by termwise passage from finite Euler products.
The RH-sensitive target is the typed commutator anomaly between boundary expectation and a source-authorized, boundary-bearing Euler renormalization. Ordinary Mertens subtraction removes the common divergence but does not retain the off-line divisor information.
Scope
This proves the finite-cutoff expectation and locates the nonuniform-limit obstruction. It does not construct or orient the required anomaly and does not prove RH.
