3927 — The Cauchy Observer Fails Multiplicativity Only Across Sectors
For the scale-1/2 Cauchy character
the multiplicativity defect is
It vanishes on either one-sided Mellin cone and is strictly positive for nonzero opposite-sign frequencies. Thus the observer is an exact character on each Euler sector separately but not on their reciprocal sewing.
The completion anomaly must therefore live in mixed Fourier--Tate words, not inside either isolated Euler determinant. The next theorem is to combine this positive frequency kernel with source-derived mixed-word coefficients and identify the resulting current with the BSY divisor entropy.
Scope
This proves the universal frequency-kernel defect. It does not prove positivity of the full matrix residual, identify it with BSY, force it to vanish, or prove RH.
