3978 — SCC Separates Static Theta Seam Coherence from an Unselected Dynamic Law
The completed-circle one-defect flow has been registered with Aspect's Stratified Coherence Compiler. SCC validates:
- the bounded theorem packet;
- the constant integer-winding stratum;
- the labelled eigenvalue and scalar-trace ports;
- the exact modular first-germ relation.
The static seam identity remains
It does not select the off-seam flow. The positive even hostile
preserves
but
has positive non-exponential factor
at . Therefore modular evenness, positivity, and first-jet seam closure do not imply a decreasing or variation-diminishing completed flow.
SCC's constructor menu suggested a differentiated-square rule from the higher-jet vocabulary. Its concrete finite-field wall-block implementation does not type-check against the real analytic integer-winding stratum and is not imported.
Scope
SCC verifies typing and the hostile disposition, not a global transport theorem. Dynamic variation coherence remains unselected.
