Poisson Source Rigidity Does Not Confine Codiagonal Crossings

Grothendieck identified the exact obstruction remaining after the weighted-comb classification.

The completed packet has a fixed nonzero endpoint coordinate, so it is never the zero packet. A scalar xi zero is instead incidence with the kernel of the readout:

v(s)∈ker⁡ℓs.v(s)\in\ker\ell_s.

Source uniqueness does not constrain where that incidence occurs. The minimal reciprocal countermodel is

va(z)=(1,z2−a2),ℓ(x,y)=y.v_a(z)=(1,z^2-a^2), \qquad \ell(x,y)=y.

The packet is nowhere zero, its endpoint is fixed, and it is invariant under (z\mapsto-z). Nevertheless its scalar projection vanishes at the real off-seam points (z=\pm a).

Therefore full Poisson provenance, reciprocal symmetry, and packet nonvanishing do not imply RH. The missing theorem must orient the relative projective motion of the actual endpoint–bulk Mellin packet and its readout hyperplane.
