The Mellin Position Row Restores Rank-Two Boundary Incidence

The rank-one Euler-to-Green bottleneck belongs to the even scalar quotient, not the full source-authorized boundary module. The Mellin position operator

(Qf)(q)=qf(q)(Qf)(q)=qf(q)

is an existing source-derived odd response. For

sL=δL+δ−L,jL=δL−δ−L,s_L=\delta_L+\delta_{-L}, \qquad j_L=\delta_L-\delta_{-L},

the response matrix of (f,Qf)(f,Qf) is diagonal:

(2f(L)002Lf(L)),\begin{pmatrix} 2f(L)&0\\ 0&2Lf(L) \end{pmatrix},

with determinant 4Lf(L)2>04Lf(L)^2>0 for the positive theta profile and L>0L>0.

Thus retaining the odd relative current restores rank-two incidence before aggregation. Fourier closure requires the derivative mate DD, producing the native phase-space graph observer (Q,D)(Q,D).

The remaining theorem is not construction of a second row. It is a common boundary-domain and mate-square law coupling this rank-two observer to the completed scalar zero-state.
