The Prime-Two Additive Incidence Does Not Descend to the Valuation Seam

At a finite place the exact additive derivative analogue is

Δh=τh−I,FpΔh=(Mχh−I)Fp.\Delta_h=\tau_h-I, \qquad \mathcal F_p\Delta_h=(M_{\chi_h}-I)\mathcal F_p.

This source-native Fourier square does not descend to the valuation quotient. At prime 22, choose h=12h=\tfrac12. Then

v2(1/2)=v2(3/2)=−1,v_2(1/2)=v_2(3/2)=-1,

but

v2(1/2+h)=v2(1)=0,v2(3/2+h)=v2(2)=1.v_2(1/2+h)=v_2(1)=0, \qquad v_2(3/2+h)=v_2(2)=1.

Thus no valuation-only PfinP_{\mathrm{fin}} can represent the additive incidence. The archimedean Green forcing defect cannot be cancelled directly by attaching primitive or prime-square Euler currents through such a square. The surviving object must retain additive residue data and multiplicative valuation data simultaneously, most naturally as a local recollement or residue-aware correspondence.
