The Critical Half-Offset and the Coincidence Defect Are One Adjunction Law
For the weighted half-line derivative (L=\partial_q),
Centering at (K=L-1/2) gives
The critical half-offset and the high-frequency coincidence defect are thus two parts of one adjunction law: the half is the fixed point of the affine reflection, while the endpoint germ is its boundary anomaly. Reciprocal doubling may cancel the oriented traces but cannot orient the surviving bulk, because this identity is universal in the forcing. The remaining theta-specific datum is the primitive heat line before scalar aggregation.
