Hence the proposed primitive coherence cycle decomposes as the boundary of the theta-vacuum sewing cell. It is fixed and source-derived, but it is not a new sign-bearing class. Together with the universal centered adjunction, this closes the present conservation architecture as an RH route. A surviving attack must use a coherence operation outside the local heat/Poisson complex, most plausibly genuinely arithmetic multi-label incidence.
