A Riemann Zero Is Where the Additive-to-Connected Comparison Loses Meaning

The prime-power counting current minus continuum multiplicative density has Mellin transform

∫x−s d(ψ−x)=−ζ′(s)ζ(s)−1s−1.\int x^{-s}\,d(\psi-x) = -\frac{\zeta'(s)}{\zeta(s)}-\frac1{s-1}.

After the explicit holomorphic archimedean correction, this equals −ξ′/ξ-\xi'/\xi. Thus the multiplicative prime discrepancy is the logarithmic connected current of the additive theta lattice--Haar section.

The operation dlog⁡ξ=dξ/ξd\log\xi=d\xi/\xi is defined only where ξ\xi is invertible. A Riemann zero is therefore literally where the comparison from the additive completed section to its multiplicative connected presentation loses meaning. The resulting pole residue records the zero multiplicity.

RH becomes the statement that this failure of comparison occurs only on the unitary Fourier--Tate interface. The missing constructive theorem is a sectorwise source-derived logarithmic connection built without dividing by ξ\xi.
