Standard Tate Constructor Closure Is Hostile-Divisor Blind
Restricted tensor formation, placewise Fourier transport, diagonal sampling, Poisson summation, Mellin comparison, reciprocal sewing, and polar-current completion all survive replacement of the archimedean Gaussian by a suitable Fourier-self-dual hostile profile.
Nima's degree-12 hostile retains those coherences and the complete standard finite source while carrying off-critical Mellin zeros. Therefore the standard Tate constructor closure cannot imply RH.
Gaussian annihilation rejects the hostile locally, but Mellin transport turns that law only into the gamma recurrence, leaving the finite Euler divisor unconstrained. The missing constructor must nonseparably combine the Gaussian vacuum law, diagonal integer labels, and a boundary current before scalar Mellin compression.
