The Common Primitive Regulator Domain Collapses to the Critical Seam

For z=s−1/2z=s-1/2, Mellin modulation changes the two regulated primitive prime layers to

p−1−ε/2+ℜzp^{-1-\varepsilon/2+\Re z}

and

p−1−ε/2−ℜz.p^{-1-\varepsilon/2-\Re z}.

Both all-prime sums converge exactly when

∣ℜz∣<ε2.|\Re z|<\frac{\varepsilon}{2}.

As ε↓0\varepsilon\downarrow0, their common relative domain collapses to

ℜz=0,ℜs=12.\Re z=0, \qquad \Re s=\frac12.

Thus the critical line is the unique common renormalization threshold of the two reciprocal primitive currents, independently of zero locations.

This explains the seam but does not prove RH: a zero must still be shown to define a state in the common completed object.
