Theta-Tate coherence lattice overlay

Question

Can the universal coherence lattice be recognized in the concrete vocabulary already used by the theta/Tate research lane without confusing a sector name with a generic categorical role?

Claim boundary

The overlay names programme objects and required comparisons; it does not assert that provisional higher cells have source-derived fillers. Generic lattice roles remain separate from sector labels and are shown independently in cell details.

Disposition

The canonical TOML now supplies one theta/Tate overlay record for each of the 28 lattice cells. The rendered graph names finite Euler incidence, Mellin–Fourier scalar space, Fock–Tate realization, Schwartz–Bruhat completion, reciprocal tail–seam network, the Mellin family, global Tate sewing, Clark correspondence, Green coherence, and their required higher comparisons. Operator review corrected the visual authority order in revision 12: every box and detail panel now presents the canonical structural role as primary and the theta/Tate name as a smaller secondary overlay. Browser verification on C2_0 read primary required coherence over A0…A2, secondary Fourier–Mellin incidence coherence, with 28 boxes and zero runtime errors.
