Operational-domain semantics for the coherence lattice
Question
How should the canonical coherence-lattice TOML distinguish SCC certification profiles from operational reality domains without declaring those domains by fiat?
Claim boundary
This change defines a sparse schema for realization fibers, transport slots, behavioral comparisons, and typed domain walls. It does not instantiate the missing theta/Tate constructor or observer maps, certify an operational equivalence, or identify a physical reality domain.
Disposition
The canonical lattice is now schema version 2. The 28 structural contexts remain the base incidence category, while a 405-profile SCC classifier records possible carrier, action, observation, and estimate guarantees across five scales. Theta/Tate realizations and face transports are indexed but explicitly uninstantiated. Verified constructor equivalence, rather than scalar equality, generates derived operational-domain components. Observability, controllability, authority, holonomy, and completion are separate typed wall classes, and the first failed wall is ordered by declared dependency, scale, and cell index.
