One orbit/facet/cone constructor independently reproduces the declared tetrahedron, six-panel belt and pentachoron with marked interfaces. Source metrics, generators, seeds, gap and interface roles are inputs; target faces are not constructor inputs. The pentachoron cones subdivide a filled four-simplex, not five disjoint spatial volumes. Geometry does not select a coefficient support protocol or physical particle identity.
