Conditional coherent-norm construction; physical measurement law not derived

This page summarizes the linked research at its stated verification level. It is not a new proof certificate or experimental confirmation.

For declared complex record vectors, q-dagger G q equals the squared norm of their coherent sum. It is not automatically a probability. Rank-one scalar factorization is a special case, not a derivation of the Born rule; preparation, effects, analyzers, encoding and laboratory readout remain distinct inputs. The historical probability and continuum claims are superseded. Corrected source.
