2081 — The QND Numerical Selector Is a Framed Transport

Planar controlled interactions compose as $SO(2)$ transports. In rational half-angle coordinates,

$$R(t_1)R(t_2)= R\left(\frac{t_1+t_2}{1-t_1t_2}\right).$$

The frozen $3/5,4/5$ interaction has $t=1/2$ and admits the exact segmentation $R(1/2)=R(1/3)R(1/7)$. Its readout depends only on total transport, not on the subdivision of the interaction history.

Hence the numerical sector selector is naturally a total transport. Entry 2082 corrects its typing: the interaction history is open, so gauge invariance requires source-derived endpoint framing. Only a closed history would produce an unframed holonomy.
