2590 — Theta Boundary-Quotient Positive Cone Is Not Pointed

Let the relative detector be the quotient of regulator germs by divergent boundary germs. If the boundary space contains a positive divergence bε=ε−ab_\varepsilon=\varepsilon^{-a}, then for every scalar cc, both

bε+c>0,bε−c>0b_\varepsilon+c>0, \qquad b_\varepsilon-c>0

eventually hold. Yet their quotient classes are [c][c] and [−c][-c]. Consequently the cone induced from eventual bulk positivity contains both orientations of every scalar finite-part class and is not pointed.

The missing RH orientation must therefore be additional source-derived structure on the coupled bulk--boundary object, not ordinary positivity passed through the boundary quotient.
