2596 — Source-Line Conservativity Requires a Uniform Certificate

Let DN:ℓN→YND_N:\ell_N\to Y_N detect a distinguished source-generated Fock line after authorized boundary subtraction. Finite conservativity is merely

ker⁡DN=0.\ker D_N=0.

Completion-stable conservativity requires a uniform estimate

∥DNv∥≥c∥v∥\lVert D_Nv\rVert\ge c\lVert v\rVert

with one c>0c>0 for all cutoffs. On a Hilbert line this is equivalent both to a uniformly bounded source-derived left inverse and to a coherent uniformly bounded contracting homotopy of the associated two-term complex.

The exact hostile family DN=[1/N]D_N=[1/N] separates the claims. Every finite map is invertible, but its sharp parametrix norm is NN, and normalized source vectors have detector norm tending to zero. In the metric ultraproduct their class is nonzero while the detected class vanishes.

Thus finite Euler-stage invertibility and canonical regulator provenance do not prevent invisibility in completion. The required theta/Tate datum is a source-level uniform parametrix, contracting homotopy, or graph lower bound before scalar projection. Division by Ξ\Xi, phase fitting, and ambient positivity are not such certificates.

Scope

This is an exact finite-dimensional and completion-obstruction theorem. It is an abstract compiler, not an RH theorem, and no source-authorized uniform certificate has yet been instantiated for the theta/Tate detector.
