2714 — Perron–Schur Multipliers Optimize Absolute-Incidence Certificates
Positive bipartite multipliers give a complete finite certificate for the operator norm of the absolute normalized-incidence matrix. They can rescue cases where crude row/column maxima fail. Used solely as proof witnesses, cutoff-dependent multipliers do not retype the source norm; only the certified bound must remain uniformly below one. Phase erasure remains the irreducible loss of this positive compiler.
