2745 — Direct Target Seam Is the Unique Universally Robust Row
A seam row is first-order nonworsening for every grounded state exactly when its energy-metric direction is proportional to the target incidence. Every nonparallel row has the explicit Riesz hostile . Restricted source-state modules may exclude that hostile, but must be frozen before the test rather than fitted afterward.
