Selected ports (R_S) reproduce declared consumers (L) exactly when , equivalently when the consumer row space lies in the selected port row space. Abstract mixtures attain the rank lower bound; a frozen authorized vocabulary may require more ports, and completion further requires one fixed subset with uniformly bounded decoder constants.
