2762 — Theta Characteristic-Model Orbit Is Universal, Not RH-Selective
Once an inner factor is known, its model space and compressed shift
canonically produce defect ports, a Julia unitary, and a characteristic function equal to up to constant port gauge. The square closes exactly.
But it closes for every scalar inner function, including every hostile Blaschke product. Standard scalar model contractions have defect indices irrespective of Blaschke degree, while records the zero count. Primitive, square, seam, archimedean, and residue currents therefore cannot be five independent scalar defect ports without additional source-derived maps.
Model theory reconstructs an admitted defect; it does not prove the defect space vanishes. A selective theorem must construct a labelled contraction or matrix characteristic function from theta/Tate currents before Hardy factorization.
