3200 — The Heavy Exit Messenger Gives a Positive Portal Threshold

Result

On the declared one-Dirac radial modified-minimal-subtraction slice, the finite threshold for (V\supset\lambda_ph^2x^2/2) is

$$\delta\lambda_p =-\frac{N_cy_q^2y_X^2}{4\pi^2} \left(\log\frac{M_B^2}{\mu^2}-1\right).$$

At (mu=M_B), it is positive:

$$\delta\lambda_p=\frac{N_cy_q^2y_X^2}{4\pi^2}.$$

Limit

This fixes one finite source contribution, not the total portal. The UV boundary coupling, additional messengers, orientation invariants, and running to the experimental scale remain independent.
