3201 — The Missing Reverse Arrow Is an Adjoint-Mate Coherence Cell
The reverse source incidence need not be chosen as a new primitive arrow. It can be derived as the adjoint mate of forward tail actuation through a source-generated coherence cell:
This cell lives on the sewing side but requires completed pairings from the source side. It fixes the sign and phase of (q), authorizes it as direct feedback, and makes the bordered incidence skew-adjoint in a positive metric. Constructing the completed theta/Tate mate cell is now the next exact gate.
