3222 — The Cubic Separator Holds on a Continuum Corridor

On the symmetric radial source family, the heavy-to-two-light separator is stable and kinematically open throughout

35<pλ<1.\frac35<\frac{p}{\lambda}<1.

The positive-portal cubic is 2v(3λ−p)>0\sqrt2v(3\lambda-p)>0, whereas the negative-portal cubic vanishes identically. The lower boundary closes phase space; the upper boundary removes strict stability of the light radial mode.

This promotes the WP695 witness to a continuum ideal-rate theorem. It remains an identifier rather than a selector, and its zero must still survive asymmetric source completion, loops, widths, and detector calibration.
