3422 — Sheet-Commuting Dynamics Require Character-Resolved Observability
If the normalized boundary return commutes with a unitary sheet involution , its passive observability Gramian splits into even and odd blocks. A uniform global margin exists exactly when both character blocks have a uniform margin.
Any even output satisfying annihilates the entire odd state space. Because the commuting return preserves that space, repeated even measurements cannot acquire odd information. Duplicating or reweighting an even Clark row therefore cannot repair an odd unit feedback mode.
The smallest repair is an authorized odd-sensitive output or a genuinely source-derived character-mixing constructor. A trusted sheet-origin bit fixes the naming frame but does not observe arbitrary odd amplitude.
