3731 — Aspect's Updated Tester Exposes a Three-Dimensional Diagnostic Kernel
Six-rung audit
Aspect's current full falsifier suite and six-rung tower replay successfully. Applied to the metaplectic instrument, they admit formal realization and the single-deletion tester but reject diagnostic and physical closure.
The four primitive component failures all produce the same terminal blind outcome. The live observation matrix is
with rank one and kernel dimension three. The deletion harness knew which component it removed; the live instrument does not.
Three additional independent monitors—such as lift/path witness, selector tomography, and conditional-process tomography—raise the linearized declared-carrier rank to four when combined with the terminal contrast. Subsequent correlated-failure testing shows this is not exact binary-subset diagnosis; that stronger problem requires four additional binary monitors.
Absolute ontology closure remains rejected, and no source-authorized apparatus or calibrated portfolio exists. The correct disposition is: minimal formal detector, not self-diagnosing or physically admitted instrument.

The audit passes 10 of 10 meta-gates while deliberately rejecting rungs three
through six for the current instrument. Checker SHA-256:
