3924 — Euler's Constant Sews the Three Prime-Current Grades
The Mertens normalization splits exactly as
These are precisely the primitive k=1, prime-square k=2, and trace-class
connected k>=3 channels. Euler's constant is their scalar sewing constant,
not an unrelated counterterm.
Consequently a source-derived third-order relative determinant must reproduce
B_1 through its first trace, the prime-square constant through its second
trace, and the connected tail through its regular determinant term. Deleting
any grade leaves an explicit normalization deficit.
Scope
This closes the scalar finite-Euler normalization. It does not construct the operator-valued packet, prove theta--Tate completion compatibility, or prove RH.
