3925 — Cauchy Observation Lowers the Euler Schatten Threshold

The raw prime-labelled operator

A(t)ep=p−1/2−itepA(t)e_p=p^{-1/2-it}e_p

requires order-three regularization. Scale-1/2 Cauchy observation satisfies

EA(T)k=Dk,Dep=p−1ep.\mathbb E A(T)^k=D^k, \qquad De_p=p^{-1}e_p.

Hence the observer is a Poisson-semigroup descent from the raw half-density operator to a Hilbert--Schmidt but non-trace-class density operator. It lowers the determinant threshold from order three to order two.

This corrects a possible overreading of Entry 3924: its three constants are observed scalar grades, not literal raw traces of one order-three operator. The RH-bearing square must retain the observation arrow and prove that it commutes with theta--Tate completion on the full boundary carrier.

Scope

This proves the finite operator lift and Schatten descent. It does not supply the completed comparison cell, orient the BSY anomaly, or prove RH.
