Cauchy Observation Commutes with Finite Euler Exponentiation

For every finite prime set PP, the scale-one-half Cauchy observer satisfies

Elog⁡∣ZP ⁣(12+iT)∣=log⁡ZP(1)\mathbb E\log \left|Z_P\!\left(\frac12+iT\right)\right| =\log Z_P(1)

and

EZP ⁣(12+iT)=ZP(1).\mathbb E Z_P\!\left(\frac12+iT\right)=Z_P(1).

Hence

E(eLP)=eE(LP).\mathbb E(e^{L_P})=e^{\mathbb E(L_P)}.

The proposed finite nonlinear centering anomaly is identically zero. Cauchy observation remains an algebra character on the full finite positive-frequency Euler algebra, including exponentiation.

The BSY anomaly must therefore arise only when the divergent infinite Euler limit is renormalized, analytically continued, and sewn to its reciprocal theta--Tate sector. Any nonzero residual produced before that transition is a typing or double-counting defect.
