The Normalized Euler Vacuum Is a Calkin Corona State

For

vX=HX−1/2∑p≤Xp−1/2ep,HX=∑p≤Xp−1,v_X=H_X^{-1/2} \sum_{p\le X}p^{-1/2}e_p, \qquad H_X=\sum_{p\le X}p^{-1},

one has ∥vX∥=1\|v_X\|=1 and vX⇀0v_X\rightharpoonup0. Hence every vector-state cluster

ωX(A)=⟨vX,AvX⟩\omega_X(A)=\langle v_X,Av_X\rangle

annihilates all compact operators while retaining ω∞(I)=1\omega_\infty(I)=1. It therefore factors through the Calkin algebra.

The escaped prime-harmonic mass is literally a singular corona state. A trace-class or compact completion loses it, while a unital operator completion retains it. Any RH-bearing completion observable must consequently have a nontrivial Calkin symbol; the primitive channel cannot be reconstructed from compact tail and seam repairs.

Existence of corona cluster states is automatic, but their uniqueness is not. The next target is the source-authorized completed comparison algebra and whether the arithmetic cutoffs select a unique state on its Calkin image.
